I've attempted many times to cancel this subscription. I login, it says go to Manage My Account, then it takes me to a dashboard page and asks me to login again (?), only this time it no longer recognizes my login. So it gives me the option to reset, which I do, login again, then go to Manage My Account, it takes me to dashboard login page that again doesn't recognize my login. This is frustrating, this cycle repeats and I continue to be charged. Reaching out to support by email did nothing because they only sent me the same link that put me back in this cancel loop again. I'm so frustrated and ready to report fraud.

I too am unable to cancel subscription. I follow directions but it either takes me to details page or new cc page. This is bs.
