am getting incredibly frustrated with your app. I created an account online at historyhit.com. For whatever reason, while I can log onto this account on my browser, the app does not recognise the details. I have requested a password reset but nothing ever comes to the email address.

I've just had my monthly payment taken today, so I know the account is valid. Why won't the app recognise the password or even send me a password reset link?

If this continues, I will need to cancel the service, as I refuse to spend money on a service I'm not receiving.

Please help me.

Looking into your account, it seems that you signed up via the Android App? If this is the case, then the correct area to go to watch on your deskptop/laptop is https://access.historyhit.com/login

If this is the site you cannot log into, then I have triggered a password reset to be sent to your email.

I can sign into the browser absolutely fine, but as soon as I go onto the Android app, it doesn't recognise the details. Is there any way to wipe clean the accounts under [email protected] and [email protected]? I will set up a new account I'm in complete control of. This is too stressful for me.
