Hey folks -
I've tried multiple times to contact support about this, but as you can guess I have heard absolutely nothing from them. I set up my History Hit account and subscribed through the app and can log in perfectly fine there.
However, when I go to historyhit.com, click on the Login button, and enter my username/password it tells me it's the incorrect password. If I click on Watch and enter my username/password, it lets me right in.
If after I click on Watch, login successfully, and then click on Manage My Account, I am told that I am not logged in. When I attempt to login, I am told my password is incorrect.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I'm so frustrated by the lack of help from support that I am seriously considering canceling my subscription.

I have the same exact problem and am also awaiting a response. They have the worst website imaginable. I have even tried to use my trial subscription on different browsers. When my password actually works using the website, after I reset it, I'm then asked to sign up for a trial to watch something when my account page shows the trial is already active! Infuriating lol.
