I have noticed a small bug since you rolled out the new podcast feeds.

If you publish an episode early for subscribers, for example Gone Medieval published The Habsburgs today, which is visible using the special RSS feed, but not on normal Podcast apps using the public feed until tomorrow.

Then when it is published for everyone the special RSS is showing it as a new episode as the time published is updated. This is causing podcast apps to flag it as a new episode and download it a 2nd time, and also to delete the other one.

The special RSS feed should not get a new timestamp for the episode when it's published to everyone.
